Welcome to Caught You Looking Creative Studio LLC (“Caught You Looking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking the Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to make a reservation.

BOOKINGS + PAYMENT

Studio reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the booking process and required payment are completed.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Rates, availability, promotions, and Studio offerings may change; however, changes will not affect confirmed and paid reservations. Applicable taxes, fees, and add-ons will be disclosed during booking.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

All reservations are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling for renter-requested cancellations or changes.

Please confirm your date, time, and reservation details before booking. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your reservation and payment will be forfeited.

If Caught You Looking is unable to provide the Studio because of an emergency, facility issue, unsafe condition, or other circumstance affecting the space, we may offer a replacement reservation or refund the affected Studio rental fee.

STUDIO USE

All rentals are subject to our current Studio Policies and Rental Agreement + Liability Waiver, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Reservations begin and end at the exact times booked. Rental time includes arrival, setup, shooting or creative activity, cleanup, Studio reset, and departure. Late arrival does not extend your reservation.

The person making the reservation is responsible for themselves and all clients, models, assistants, vendors, children, and guests attending their session and for ensuring compliance with Studio policies.

We reserve the right to end a rental without refund for dangerous or illegal activity, intentional property damage, significant policy violations, or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions.

DAMAGES + RESPONSIBILITY

The renter is financially responsible for damage to the Studio, furniture, props, installations, walls, flooring, or equipment caused by themselves or anyone attending their reservation. Cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement costs resulting from damage or misuse may be charged or invoiced to the renter.

Renters are responsible for obtaining any insurance, releases, permissions, or client/model consents appropriate for their activities.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK + LIABILITY

Use of the Studio, its furniture, props, installations, and amenities is at the renter's own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caught You Looking Creative Studio LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for injuries, accidents, theft, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises.

Caught You Looking is a natural-light Studio. Lighting conditions vary based on weather, season, and time of day, and specific natural-light conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

CREATOR CONTENT

Photographers, filmmakers, artists, brands, and other creators retain the rights they otherwise hold in work created at the Studio.

Renting the Studio does not automatically grant Caught You Looking permission to use your photographs, videos, or other creative work for marketing or advertising. If we would like to feature your work, permission may be requested separately.

Renters are responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases or permissions from their own clients and subjects.

OUR CONTENT + BRANDING

The Caught You Looking name, logos, Medusa artwork, graphics, website design, written content, photographs owned by us, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Caught You Looking Creative Studio LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our content and branding may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission.

This does not prevent renters from identifying, tagging, or crediting Caught You Looking Creative Studio when sharing work created here.

WEBSITE USE + THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may include or link to third-party booking platforms, payment processors, social media, maps, or other services. These services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but pricing, availability, furnishings, props, installations, décor, amenities, and other Studio features may change.

We do not guarantee that the website or booking system will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems.

PRIVACY

Use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, and handled.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our website, services, policies, or business operations change. The current version and its “Last Updated” date will be posted on this page.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

AGREEMENT

By using this website or completing a reservation with Caught You Looking Creative Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all Studio Policies and agreements presented during the booking process.
